When digital assets spiral out of control

As brands scale across markets and channels, assets multiply fast. Centrally created imagery and artwork must flex locally, often under different regulations, languages and commercial pressures.

Without structure, files are duplicated, versions drift and brand consistency erodes – not through bad intent, but lack of control. The challenge isn’t localisation; it’s safe, consistent distribution.

A smarter asset management system

360DM was designed to bring order to global asset distribution. Approved assets are stored, governed and accessed through a structured environment, with permissions, versioning and market access clearly defined.

Work is created once, localised responsibly and shared with confidence – giving central teams oversight while allowing local teams to move quickly, without second-guessing what’s approved.

Consistency, everywhere

With 360DAM in place, brands distribute assets globally without duplication or delay. The risk of outdated or incorrect usage drops, launches move faster and consistency is maintained across markets and channels. Assets stop behaving like loose files and become trusted building blocks that support confident, scalable brand delivery as complexity grows.

How brands use 360DAM

For WD-40, centrally created brand packs were distributed across territories, with each market accessing only approved, localised assets. Cereal Partners Worldwide used 360DAM to manage highly regulated on-pack promotions globally.

Dunelm used it as a launch control point, ensuring every team and partner accessed the right version, in the right colour, at the right time.
