The 360 DAM is our latest generation asset management storage system. Image management is a key function of the 360 DAM, providing a vast image asset library space, and a folder structure that can be organised to match your requirements. Adding metadata to the images makes search and retrieval easy and incredibly fast.
We can also add asset timers to individual images, which allows you to block access to images after a certain date, very useful for copyright agreements. We also add watermarks to your imagery, giving you peace of mind and better control over the publication and release of your assets. Images can then be served out to whoever you give access to, via a secure login, giving you complete control over distribution and use, but with minimal management time.
When it comes to creating new assets, we have a system in place for this too. Photographic shoots can create huge numbers of images that require review, either to go on to other places, or for further post production work. We’ve included in the 360 DAM a system that allows our clients’ photographers to upload their raw images to a selection area, where the client can select images and annotate for any work required.
The system then directs the images to our post-production and retouching team, where the required work can be done. Once complete, the images are made available through the 360 DAM for use by the client and their wider network as required. This saves a massive amount of time and effort for our clients, who can work on the system wherever they are, and save themselves the wasted hours on file transfers between different suppliers. Plus, our back-up system gives extra peace of mind, as images are safely stored and backed up on secure raids for every eventuality.
The 360 DAM isn’t just an image management system. We can also store and manage artwork files, and do so for a number of multinational clients, who require artworks supplied across the world for general marketing material and packaging.
For packaging brands, the 360 DAM keeps assets organised and available for individual territories, allowing them to create their own local promotions and providing sign-off procedures approved by head office, keeping compliance and approval processes to a high standard, but without the high level of management that usually goes with it. With marketing material, we can hold master templates and finished material on the DAM, keeping it organised and stored for you to free up your own storage space, whilst still instantly accessible to whoever needs it. This is ideal for companies with multiple agencies, global offices, or even those with franchised retail outlets, to keep brand consistency strong whilst still allowing individual markets and territories to access and use assets for their own campaigns.
