  • User-controlled proxy settings, allowing you to share workloads and sign-off allocations between team members with just a click, perfect for instances of staff sickness, holiday, or last-minute team restructuring. 

  • A DAM which enables you to upload all relevant assets to the project, so everything is neatly filed together and instantly accessible. 

  • Brief approval, which requires nominated stakeholders, from brand managers to marketing directors, to approve a brief before artwork is started, saving time, money and frustrations later in the process. 

  • Artwork approval, allowing all stakeholders to collaborate on an artwork and give amends or approval. This access can be given in a specified order, or simultaneously to all parties, which ever best suits your team. 

  • A dashboard for reporting data and giving project overviews, such as KPIs that can be personalised to your business, and correction round collation so you can refine processes internally and perfect your production strategy.

  • Auto critical path creation which enables you to plan projects with ease. It also acts as a sophisticated tracking system that will warn you when a project is starting to lag or veer off schedule, giving you plenty of time and warning to get things back on track. 

  • Artwork file storage, keeping your completed artwork files stored safely and conveniently, with assets available instantly for reprints, updates or future projects.
