Honeywell is a global $39billion company that makes a huge range of products from the aerospace industry to the home products market. Honeywell is by far the largest supplier to B&Q, Wickes and the other trade and DIY stores.

Honeywell came to WK360 to develop a global retail strategy for the Honeywell brand, looking to our consumer retail experience for the guidance they needed in the changing markets they were operating in. From this, the new lifestyle-based strategy 'Livewell' was developed.

We designed the packaging, point of sale and website to support this launch globally. We continue to develop and manage the Livewell website, which now contains thousands of pages in 22 languages – and counting!

Many global brands find their products are trapped in language-specific packaging in countries where the demand is low. By internationalising Honeywell's packaging we have enabled product to be moved from market to market wherever the demand is greatest, allowing Honeywell to benefit from reduced production costs and giving them the edge in this most demanding of sectors.

The Livewell project recently won the 'Global User Experience' award for the whole of Honeywell's vast product catalogue.
